Tottenham could be set for a massive windfall this summer as details of a hefty sell-on clause emerged
Tottenham Hotspur are keeping a close eye on negotiations between newly-promoted Premier League side Ipswich Town and Sunderland for exciting forward Jack Clarke, who joined the Black Cats from Spurs in 2022.
The i reports that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy insisted on a massive 40% sell-on clause when the ex-Leeds United star moved to the north east, and two years later, they will land an impressive £10million if Sunderland manage to sell him to the Tractor Boys for the reported £25million.
Sunderland won promotion back to the Championship in 2022 through the play-offs and later secured Clarke on a permanent four-year deal. He played four games for Spurs but has now racked up 112 appearances for the former Premier League side.
