Speaking to the media moments ago, Howe acknowledged that, having trained twice this week, he is likely to play tomorrow. He also said that the team has showed him “love and support” to assist him deal with and “find solutions to the problems he has.”â€2

The boss also encouraged the St James’ Park crowd to “show him love†on Saturday, insisting he’ll be a part of Newcastle’s team for “many years† despite fears of a lengthy suspension.
