“VERY EXPENSIVE” – West Ham name their maximum bid for Summerville

West Ham are only willing to pay £ 20 million plus add-ons for Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville, according to a report from Football Insider.

The Hammers’ interest in Leeds star was made public by Fabrizio Romano this week, he suggested that initial talks have taken place between the two clubs, however, West Ham believed the deal would likely be too expensive.

This has proven true as the Yorkshire side reportedly demands more than £35m for their talisman. West Ham have responded to those rumours by reportedly telling them they will only be able to pay £20m + add-ons for the Dutchman this summer.

Newcastle United have registered an interest in Summerville. However, with the Geordies are reportedly short on cash to spend this summer. The most likely move for Summerville could be to Fulham, who have reportedly shortlisted the Dutchman as an alternative to  Emile Smith-Rowe.
