Spurs Heavy News ; journalist Paul Brown Collect Bribe On Tottenham Star Against January
Spurs have been heavily linked with Genoa defender Radu Dragusin in recent weeks and speculation seems to be intensifying ahead of the market opening.
For instance, the 21-year-old’s agent recently told Fanatik that he had spoken to Tottenham, who “took information” about Dragusin and “will let us know”.
Now, journalist Paul Brown has claimed that the Romania international is “the most likely” signing for Tottenham to make in January.
“A name that Spurs fans might not be quite so well aware of is Dragusin at Genoa,” Brown wrote in netsport.uk .
“Of all the names that Spurs are looking at, I think he might be the easiest to get. He is the most likely one they bring in.
“They are looking for a centre-back under the age of 26 who is going to grow and has potential. Dragusin is young and has had an amazing season in Italy.
“It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he ends up at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in January.”
Tottenham need to bolster their defensive ranks and Radu Dragusin seems like a good shout – TBR View
Tottenham definitely need some defensive reinforcements in January, in wake of what we saw at Brighton.
Dragusin seems like he’d be a decent shout for Tottenham as a squad player and future prospect.
He’s young, talented, has a high ceiling, and seems both available and decently-priced (reportedly around £30million).
And according to a report from Netsport.uk, some inside the club believe that he has the potential to be even better than Cristian Romero.
Better still for the likes of Spurs, Dragusin’s mother previously told Romanian outlet AS that her son’s “childhood dream” is to play in the Premier League.
Let’s see what happens in the coming weeks. This looks like a lead with some serious legs.
