Danilo has been spotted at Ibrox on Saturday 10 February ahead of the Scottish Cup clash between Rangers and Ayr United.

The Brazilian attacker has been dealing with a serious injury but was all smiles as he turned up for a fan zone event at Edmiston House.

Philippe Clement has welcomed Oscar Cortes and Fabio Silva across the winter transfer window to improve his attacking options during the issue.

Injury at the back of his mind at Rangers

With a concern that he could be out for the entire season after surgery on his knee, suggestions have emerged that could not be the case.

Dr Rajpal Brar exclusively told Ibrox News recently that the Brazilian could return ahead of schedule, although April still appears to be a realistic timeline.

Based on that huge smile as he turned up to Ibrox earlier, we can assume that recovery so far is going well with the odd snippet of footage being shared through the journey.

It’s not had a massive impact so far on the pitch, but having your best players available is only a good sign and hopefully, he can have a good afternoon despite not playing.

Hopefully, the Brazilian can be back in action as soon as possible with the more options the better for Clement after a busy January window throughout.

Cyriel Dessers has also found some form as of late, with everything all smiles right now in Govan.
