Here are some notable numbers and stats from the Bears’ 36-10 win over the Panthers Sunday at Soldier Field:

Points off turnovers by the Bears. They converted two fumble recoveries and one interception into two touchdowns and one field goal. The two TDs came on drives that started at the Panthers’ 44 and 18. In their five games this season, the Bears have scored 40 points off 11 takeaways.

Caleb Williams’ passer rating, a career high. Since Week 2, the rookie quarterback’s rating has improved each game, from 51.0 to 80.8 to 106.6 to 126.2. The 126.2 rating is the highest by a Bears rookie quarterback in a game since at least 1970. The previous high was 121.1 by Jim McMahon Dec. 26, 1982, in a 34-26 win over the Rams in Los Angeles.

Receiving yards by DJ Moore, a season high. Moore has now recorded 21 100-yard performances in seven NFL seasons, 15 in five years with the Panthers and six since joining the Bears in 2023.
Consecutive home games the Bears have won, the longest active streak in the NFL. It’s also the Bears’ longest streak since they won 10 straight home games in 2005-06. They won their final five home contests last year, beating the Raiders, Panthers, Lions, Cardinals and Falcons, and have won their first three games at Soldier Field this season over the Titans, Rams and Panthers.

Points scored by the Bears in the first half, their most in a first half since Oct. 5, 2023, when they took a 27-3 halftime lead en route to a 40-20 road win over the Commanders.Margin of victory by the Bears, their largest since Jan 2, 2022, when they beat the Giants 29-3 at Soldier Field.

Turnovers committed by the Bears for the second straight week. Since the start of the 2023 season, they are 6-1 when not committing a turnover and 4-11 with at least one.Yards from scrimmage produced by running back D’Andre Swift, who rushed for 73 yards and one touchdown on 21 carries and caught two passes for 47 yards, including a 42-yard screen that was the longest play from scrimmage in the game. It was the second straight contest in which Swift topped 100 yards from scrimmage after he generated 165 a week earlier in a win over the Rams. Swift ranks fifth in the NFL among running backs with 165 receiving yards.
