LATEST; Birmingham city Finally Admits The signing of QPR Mid-fielder

That’s according to The Athletic journalist Adam Leventhal, who has also revealed that the player is set to undergo a medical today ahead of his move to the Midlands.

This is yet another impressive move from Blues, who have rebuilt their squad successfully after seeing several players leave St Andrew’s in recent months.

Strengthening their squad with some talented players, they are now one of the favourites to secure the League One title, despite only managing to record a draw against Reading on the opening day of the season.

Managing to secure some important wins following their opening day draw, many fans are excited about the remainder of the season and their transfer business is also helping to lift the mood further, with Ben Davies the latest player to make the switch to the Midlands, with the centre-back joining the third-tier club on loan for the 2024/25 campaign.

Ryan Allsop, Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Alfie May, Emil Hansson, Alex Cochrane, Willum Thor Willumsson, Christoph Klarer, Marc Leonard, Ayumu Yokoyama have also joined, with all of these players securing permanent switches as part of Chris Davies’ rebuild.

Luke Harris, Alfons Sampsted and Taylor Gardner-Hickman, along with Davies, have sealed loan moves and all of these signings have helped to improve Blues’ depth in a number of areas.

Their goalkeeping department looks solid and they also have some decent options in defence, with the full-back area looking strong, although they could benefit from having more depth in central defence.

They have some decent midfield options when they are all fit though, along with some decent wingers.

The striker area is one that may need looking at before the window closes though, even with Alfie May doing well during the early stages of his stay at the club, and it looks as though they are about to address that area.
