Is Nottingham Forest vs Bristol City on TV? How to follow FA Cup fourth-round

Published

on

Nottingham Forest are back in action today as they face Bristol City in the FA Cup.

The Reds host the Robins at the City Ground in the fourth-round replay of the prestigious competition. The original tie ended in a goalless draw at Ashton Gate at the end of January, with a replay needed to determine the winner.

Should Forest claim a victory over Bristol City, then a fifth-round tie at home to Manchester United would await Nuno Espirito Santo and his players. Before then, though, the Reds will need to make sure they get past their Championship opponents this evening.

Forest go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in the Premier League at the weekend. The Reds have won just one of their six matches in all competitions since the turn of the year, with that victory coming in a third-round replay against Blackpool in the FA Cup.

A Premier League clash against Newcastle at the City Ground awaits for Forest this Saturday. Before then, though, the Reds will be looking to book a place in the next round of the FA Cup to set up a fifth-round tie against Man United.

Kick-off between Nottingham Forest and Bristol City is scheduled for 7.45pm on Wednesday, February 7.

Is Nottingham Forest vs Bristol City on TV?

Unfortunately, Nottingham Forest vs Bristol City was not selected for TV coverage. Instead, both the BBC and ITV will each have one game across the week.

Tuesday saw the BBC broadcast Plymouth Argyle vs Leeds United from Home Park. Tonight will see ITV televise Aston Villa vs Chelsea from Villa Park in the only all-Premier League clash of the replays.
