GOOD NEWS: Leeds United Fans More Happy As Club Released Statement About Ticket

Leeds United fans will get their first glimpse of Daniel Farke’s new-look side when they take on Valencia at Elland Road in early August. The friendly clash with the La Liga side is the only home match of the Whites’ pre-season schedule on August 3, and comes the week before the Championship campaign gets under way.

Leeds are still looking to add to their squad but expect to have more new signings on board before the season starts, with the Valencia match representing the first chance fans will have of seeing their new players in action. United have already signed Joe Rodon from Tottenham, midfielder Joe Rothwell on loan from Bournemouth and goalkeeper Alex Cairns from Salford.

The game will be Brenden Aaronson’s first back at the club since the end of his loan deal, but will also be the first without the likes of Archie Gray following his move to Spurs. The Championship season kicks off on Saturday, August 10, when Leeds host newly-promoted Portsmouth, but ticket details for the Valencia game have now been confirmed.

Tickets will be priced at £15 for adults, £12 disabled adults, £10 concessions and £5 for under-16s. All stands are due to be open apart from the East Stand Upper, subject to demand. Tickets go on sale online in three phases, the first of which starts this morning.
