GOOD NEWS: Everton Are keen To Sign Another Young Talent

Published

Bryan King believes the club that offers Everton target Jaden Philogene the most money will win the race for his signature.

The ex-Goodison scout has suggested the final decision will come down to the forward and his agent.

As reported by David Ornstein via X (9 July), Ipswich Town have agreed an £18million deal with Hull City for Philogene.

The 22-year-old is currently leaning toward signing for the Tractor Boys. However, Everton and Crystal Palace both remain keen.

And King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – has suggested that Philogene’s final decision will be financially driven.

“At the end of the day, it will come down to what is on offer,” King said.

“Whichever club offers the most money will likely be the club that ends up signing Philogene.

Can Everton beat Ipswich Town to the signing of Jaden Philogene?

If the Toffees are serious about signing Philogene, they must act fast.

It appears as if Ipswich Town are doing everything they can to get a deal. Therefore, Everton are running out of time.

However, whether or not the club can match what Ipswich are offering remains to be seen.

ean Dyche’s side have already spent a fair amount in the current window.

As a result, thanks to the well-documented financial struggles at Goodison Park, this transfer might prove to be one step too far.

In other Everton news, one player is to be sold by the club with a new transfer lined up at Goodison Park.
