Gio Reyna makes first Nottingham Forest start

Two and a half months after joining Nottingham Forest, Gio Reyna is finally making his first start for the club.

Reyna was named in the lineup for Saturday’s Premier League match against Wolves, as the 21-year-old was given a chance to shine in a crucial spot.

Forest entered the match just one place above the relegation zone with six league matches remaining.

Reyna’s half-season loan from Borussia Dortmund has thus far proven to be a frustrating one, as the U.S. international has hardly been given a chance by manager Nuno Espírito Santo.

Entering Saturday’s game against Wolves, Reyna had made seven Forest appearances for a total of just 90 minutes.
