Tottenham have agreed a deal with Marseille for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

That’s according to the latest from journalist Santi Aouna

As per him, an agreement has been reached with the French club for the transfer of the Danish midfielder. A transfer fee of €13.5m has been agreed for the player.

The player is expected to join in the coming days.

Aouna has shared the update on X (translated below):

Agreement reached between OM and Tottenham for the transfer of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. Transfer to €13.5m

The Danish midfielder will join Marseille in the cominig days.

Hojbjerg has been linked with a move away since the last two transfer windows.

He has fallen down the pecking order under Ange, with his role reduced to a squad player.

Most of his appearances last season came off the bench.

With Hojbjerg not in Ange’s plans, the club are keen to offload him. There have been interest from Spain, Italy, as well as England most recently, with report claiming that Fulham are prepared to make a move for him.

However, it seems that the French club have emerged as the frontrunners and have agreed a deal for him.
