Another January transfer deadline day has came and gone for Rangers. So here is each incoming and outgoing completed at Ibrox on February 1 plus a look at the rest of the club’s dealings this month.
Rangers fans expected an extremely busy transfer deadline day with recruiting a left-back and a striker the main priorities for Philippe Clement and Nils Koppen.
In the end, it was a right-winger who joined the Govan giants as Clement and Koppen managed to strengthen the squad further for the second-half of the campaign.
Rangers are still in the mix for three major trophies this season after their Viaplay Cup win in November so bolstering the playing personnel was key this month.
Fabio Silva was the first incoming on loan from Wolves before a period of quiet set in. Then, midfielder Mohamed Diomande was recruited less than a week before deadline day before one more followed yesterday.
