Eustace Eyes Stansfield Reunion, Snatching Him From Birmingham City
Former Birmingham City boss John Eustace is keen on bringing Jay Stansfield to Blackburn Rovers. The young striker impressed during his loan spell at St. Andrew’s last season, prompting Birmingham City to pursue a permanent deal. However, Fulham, Stansfield’s parent club, seems reluctant to let him go.
With other Championship clubs also interested in Stansfield, Birmingham City faces stiff competition for the striker’s signature. Eustace hopes to capitalize on Blackburn’s recent financial windfall to secure the deal. Birmingham City’s manager, Chris Davies, remains coy about the situation, acknowledging Stansfield’s talent but providing no concrete updates.
