Dexter Lawrence and Donna McCain are married!

The New York Giants defensive tackle, 26, and the head chef at Elite Performance Cuisine, LLC said “I do” on Thursday, June 27, according to Sports Illustrated and Lawrence’s Instagram Stories. Lawrence and McCain married at The Bradford in North Carolina, located 30 miles outside of Raleigh.

Lawrence, who is also known as Sexy Dexy, wore a black suit, while McCain donned a gown with a square neckline and slit up the right leg. She completed the look with off-white heels and wore her hair back for the special occasion.

In one picture shared on McCain’s Instagram Stories and posted on a New York Giants fan X account (formerly Twitter), they posed in front of a doorway surrounded by gorgeous white flowers. The bride is seen gazing out of a window in one photo, and she and Lawrence smile at each other as they dance at their reception in another.

Among the guests were former Giants player Leonard Williams, who now plays for the Seattle Seahawks, and Seahawks safety Julian Love and his wife Julia.

According to Sports Illustrated, the couple met at Clemson University while Lawrence played on the football team and McCain worked as an executive performance chef. McCain is also a certified Pilates instructor, per her Instagram page.

The pair appear to have been dating since 2021, when McCain posted photos of her and Lawrence enjoying a vacation with friends.

They got engaged in July 2023. McCain shared a video of the sweet moment on her Instagram account.

“Today, tomorrow and forever ♾️,” she wrote at the time. “You are the man I’ve prayed for, my favorite human in the world and my absolute best friend. Let’s do this life thing 👅 @dexterlawrence18”

Lawrence wasn’t the only Giants player to get married over the weekend. Jack Stoll tied the knot with his college sweetheart, Carolyn Thayer, in the Rocky Mountains on June 29.
