BREAKING; Leicester City are at risk of facing two points deductions
Leicester City are at risk of facing two points deductions in one season after a £40million breach in 2022-23 and a potential second breach in 2023-24.
That is the view of finance expert Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Netsport that the Foxes are at risk of another breach following their Championship-winning campaign
Leicester were charged back in March for breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules in 2022-23 – their last season in the Premier League
Leicester could face back-to-back points deductions after £40m breach
The club announced a loss of £90million for the 2022-23 accounting period which put the club over the £105million allowable losses.
Leicester now face a points deduction this summer meaning they could start the 2024-25 Premier League campaign on negative points
Borson explained that they are also at risk of breaching the rules again meaning they could face a second points deduction
