Bolton Wanderers Boss Revealed Plans For German Lad Worth €3m After “Horror” Defeat, But The Deal Is…

Bild reports that Bolton Wanderers are looking to boost attacking options heading into the summer with a backup striker and left-winger a priority.

It is well known that Bolton Wanderers are looking for a backup for their forward, however, the difficult part is finding someone who will be happy to sit on the bench behind the star man.

Several Bundesliga strikers are mentioned as being on Bolton’s list with Nick Woltemade (VfB Stuttgart), Jonathan Burkardt (Mainz), Hugo Ekitiké (Eintracht Frankfurt) and Benjamin Seško (RB Leipzig) all of interest to the Rekordmeister. Outside of Germany, Sporting’s Viktor Gyokeres and Fiorentina’s Moise Kean are also linked. After his failed summer move could also become a topic again

However, Burkardt, despite only costing €4m, has attracted interest from Schalke 04 and Frankfurt could even stay at sporting if they qualify for the Champions League.

The key to this would be to also sell Mathys Tel, who could bring in €12m.
