Blues Kick Off Pre-Season with Shocking New Strategy That Has Fans Buzzing!

On Monday 1 July, the Men’s First Team returned to the Birmingham City Elite Performance and Innovation Centre as preparations ramped up for the 2024/25 Sky Bet League One campaign.

The squad reported in the morning for initial observations before conducting several tests in the gym with the support of staff from the Physical Performance Department and Medical Department.

In the afternoon, joined by a selection of Under-21s players, the group took to the pitch for a session led for the first time by Manager, Chris Davies, and directly supported by Assistant Manager, Ben Petty.
