Birmingham City have joined a select number of EFL teams to reach 5,000 League games in English football.
Saturday’s 2-0 win over Rotherham United, which kept Blues in the top two of Sky Bet League One, saw the Midlands side become just the 11th team to reach the historic landmark.
Blues’ embarked on their first Football League season in 1892 and have remained in the League ever since, competing in the top tier in 57 separate seasons.
In that time, Birmingham have won the second-tier title four times and the League Cup in 1963 and 2011, as well as the EFL Trophy in 1991 and 1995.
Trevor Francis, Christophe Dugarry, Stan Lazaridis, Seb Larsson, Jude Bellingham, Louie Donowa, Robbie Savage and Lukas Jutkiewicz are among the fan favourites to have starred for the club.
