Birmingham City have announced a huge new partnership with Delta Airlines, the largest airline company on the planet, ahead of their welcoming of Wrexham to St Andrew’s on Monday night. Delta will become Blues’ official airline partner for the 2024/25 season, in what is the latest demonstration of Knighthead Capital’s intentions to place the club among England’s elite in the coming years.
Blues, since Knighthead arrived over a year ago, have consistently struck eye-catching deals with the likes of Undefeated, who sponsor the club’s shirts, while also unveiling highly exciting plans to invest billions in a brand new Sports Quarter, which will become the club’s new home by the end of the decade
We’re excited to welcome Delta to the Blues family,” Tom Wagner said. “As we continue leveraging our resources to bring Birmingham City to a global audience, Delta’s vast network will help us connect our international fan bases and bring them and our team to new heights. Alongside world-class brands like UNDEFEATED and Nike, Delta shares our vision to elevate the club. This marks the beginning of a defining era in our nearly 150-year history
