Another Sudden Injury Emerged In Birmingham City Ahead Of Lincoln “Clash” And The Star Player Is So…

Ryan Allsop and Keshi Anderson latest as Birmingham City injury crisis improves

Birmingham City take on Lincoln City in League One on Saturday and Chris

Chris Davies is hopeful of quick returns for Ryan Allsop and Keshi Anderson to aid Birmingham City’s promotion charge.

Anderson has started light training after tweaking his hamstring in the 0-0 draw with Reading two weeks ago, while Allsop’s ankle injury isn’t as bad as first feared.

Davies has suggested Blues will be without Allsop for ‘a few games’ but the goalkeeper is making strides in his recovery from an ankle injury.

“Keshi has been in light training so we’ll see how he goes in the next few days in building himself back up again,” said Davies.

“Ryan has made good strides with the knock that he had and we’ll see in the next couple of days where we go with that.”

Marc Leonard is available and travelled to Bolton with his teammates on Tuesday, but Blues will be without Ethan Laird for a little while due to a hamstring injury.

Blues have Lee Buchanan (knee), Scott Wright (knee) and Lyndon Dykes (calf) in the treatment room long-term.
