2024 NFL Draft: Stock-up players at each position after scouting combine
We are less than two months from the 2024 NFL Draft, which is set to start April 25 in Detroit. In last week’s NFL Combine, scouts and front-office personnel were able to get a full glimpse of the prospects hoping to be selected in this year’s draft. The combine allows for accurate measuring of height, weight, arms and hands, along with the chance to test speed, explosiveness, agility and strength through the 40-yard dash, broad jump and vertical leap, shuttle run, three-cone drill, bench press and a variety of position-specific drills.
With the combine now firmly in the books, prospects have checked another box for the pre-draft process. Now, it’s time to take a look at who’s draft stock went up and whose stock went down following the combine.
First up are stock risers. Whose draft stock has moved up since the combine? For this exercise, I did not include projected first-round picks and instead focused on projected second-round picks and back.
