Scott McKenna set to move to celtic
Scott McKenna could be set for a return to Scotland as Celtic have reportedly made an enquiry for the out-of-favour Nottingham Forest defender.
The 27-year-old hasn’t played for Forest since September during the 1-1 draw with Burnley. He has since been left out of the squad and could be in line for a move this month.
According to The Sun, the Scottish outfit have made an enquiry over the defender’s availability. Former Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers is reportedly keen to bolster his squad this month following setbacks to Cameron Carter-Vickers and Stephen Welsh.
Nat Phillips’ short-term loan from Liverpool is set to expire this month, while Gustaf Lagerbielke is likely to move on, leaving Rodgers short of cover at the back.
