Sky Sport Italia claims Leicester City and Inter have shaken hands over Stefano Sensi’s transfer fee, but Enzo Maresca’s side must sell a player before welcoming the Italian midfielder.

Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims Inter and Leicester City have reached an agreement over Sensi’s transfer to the English Championship side in the January transfer window.

According to the report, Leicester City have agreed to pay €2m for Sensi whose contract at the Stadio Meazza expires in June 2024.

However, the English side must sell a player before signing the Nerazzurri midfielder who has only made four appearances across all competitions this season.

Enzo Maresca recently confirmed interest in Sensi in one of his most recent press conferences.

Sensi, 28, has a long injury history, but played 28 Serie A games while on loan at Monza last season, scoring three goals and delivering two assists.

The versatile midfielder made his Italy debut in 2018 and has scored three goals in nine appearances with the Azzurri.
