Chris Davies makes seven changes and names strong Birmingham City side for FA Cup clash

Chris Davies has rolled out his big guns for today’s televised FA Cup first round tie at Sutton United.

The Birmingham City manager has made seven changes to the team which started Tuesday night’s 7-1 victory over Fulham Under-21s, including a first start in more than two months for loanee Luke Harris.

The Fulham teenager comes into the attacking three which includes Keshi Anderson and Willum Willumsson. The Iceland international is one of four players who retain their places, alongside Christoph Klarer, Alex Cochrane and Jay Stansfield.

Davies has opted to go back to his first choice goalkeeper, with Ryan Allsop behind Klarer, Cochrane, Ben Davies and Ethan Laird. Paik Seung-ho and Tomoki Iwata return in midfield.

Lukas Jutkiewicz is named on the bench, as are Alfie May and Lyndon Dykes giving Blues plenty of attacking options in reserve.

BLUES (4-2-3-1): Allsop; Laird, Klarer, Davies, Cochrane; Paik Sueng-ho, Iwata; Harris, Willumsson, Anderson; Stansfield. Substitutes: Peacock-Farrell, Sanderson, May, Jutkiewicz, Leonard, Dykes, Gardner-Hickman, Sampsted, Yokoyama
