Daniel Farke Said It was a very Bad Performance
Leeds United put in a strong display away at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday evening, claiming a first three points of the season in South Yorkshire.
A goal apiece from Brenden Aaronson and Dan James saw the Whites score in each half at Hillsborough, before managing the game well and limiting the hosts to few opportunities of their own.
Speaking after the match, Daniel Farke gave his thoughts to the media.
He said: “It was definitely our best performance of the season.
“A next step forward, nearly a perfect away performance and I have to say I’m pretty, pretty pleased because today, more or less from the start, we were able to dominate this game.
“Also with our possession, as we were good in defence against West Brom, but our possession didn’t look good and we wanted to make the next step forward.
“I think we played today pretty, pretty brave and dominant against one of the best in form sides.
“We were able also to make the next step forward to be better in the final third, to create chances.
“The goals we scored were fantastic. The first goal is probably, you can put it into your album for best practice in possession football, from the build-up to the finish.
“And the second after a good winning of the ball, more or less the same, also with a good finish.
“Overall, it was a very dominant performance
