Rangers: Doctor issues Ryan Jack injury update v Hibs amid transfer claims

Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack has been stuck in a vicious injury cycle, making him ruling him out v Hibs on 30 March, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert has reacted to Derek Ferguson’s comments that have hinted at a parting of ways in the summer due to the Scotland international’s lack of availability.

It’s claimed that the 32-year-old keeps suffering setbacks and is in a situation that’s difficult to get out of.

Discussing his situation exclusively with Ibrox News, Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said:

“Ferguson has made comments about him potentially being shown the door because of his fitness record and I can understand where he’s coming from as a fan and ex player.

They [the comments] do make sense as you can enter into a vicious cycle of injury, lose fitness, pick up more injuries that can be very difficult to get out of – especially during the season.

The same thing has happened for Jack here and it seems likely that he’s going to miss the next game as well.”

Is Ryan Jack on his way out of Rangers?

Jack now joins Abdallah Sima, Danilo, Oscar Cortes and perhaps Dujon Sterling as the players to potentially be out of the Hibs clash at Ibrox.

His fitness has been an issue since last season and there were people that were surprised he was handed a new deal in the summer.

Rangers fans Ibrox

This time around, that does not seem too plausible and the chances of him leaving Ibrox are extremely high.
