Authorities’ Dan Quinn supports staff with expansion of ex-Pillagers, Seahawks mentor

The Officers add another profoundly experienced training staff part.

Following Dan Quinn’s arrival, the coaching staff of the Washington Commanders continues to grow. Washington has added previous Las Vegas Pillagers and Seattle Seahawks cautious facilitator Ken Norton Jr. as the group’s linebackers mentor, per Tom Pelissero.

With its coaching staff change, Washington moves closer to improving its defensive performance. The Commanders finished the 2023–24 season with a record of 4-13. Sadly, the group positioned toward the end in the NFC East. In any case, what’s to come looks brilliant with the cautious experience Ken Norton Jr. brings to the group.

Norton is a former UCLA Bruins coach who played linebacker for the All-Pro team. Before that, he burned through four years as a LB mentor for the Seahawks. Then, he filled in as the Pillagers’ DC for a very long time prior to returning to Seattle from 2018-2021.

Washington’s move comes soon after the group chose Joe Whitt Jr. as DC. Norton and Whitt can cooperate to further develop a striving Officers guard.
