Kelly has a little over a year left to run on her current deal at City and has delayed negotiations over a new contract until the end of the season with her side in the run for the WSL title.
City are currently three points behind league leaders Chelsea, who they face next week in a decisive clash for the Women’s Super League title.
Kelly penned a new three-year deal with City in 2022 having impressed following her arrival from Everton back in 2020.
And while City are keen to retain her services, PSG hope a big-money offer will turn her head as they look to sign of the star players from England’s Euro 2022 winning campaign.
The 26-year-old has been key for City in their title push having scored five and provided an additional four assists for Gareth Taylor’s side.
Only teammate Khadija Shaw (8.15) has earned a better WhoScored rating than Kelly (7.86) in the Women’s Super League this season.
